How do I personalize my poster?
On personalized product pages, simply enter your custom text in the personalization field before adding the poster to your cart. Double check spelling carefully, as we print exactly what you submit.
Can I preview my personalized design before it is printed?
For most designs, what you see on the product page represents the final layout. If you need a preview confirmation before printing, contact us after placing your order and we will assist you.
Can I change my order after placing it?
All personalized posters are custom made to order. Production begins shortly after purchase.
For this reason, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once production has started, we are unable to make any modifications.
What if I made a spelling mistake?
We print exactly the text provided at checkout. Please carefully review your personalization details before completing your order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we may be able to correct it at our discretion. Once printing has begun, no changes can be made.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
All posters are printed to order. Production typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Why did I receive items separately?
Some products may ship from different production facilities to ensure faster delivery. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Materials & Quality
What paper do you use?
We use premium quality paper designed for art prints. The paper has a smooth, refined finish that enhances detail and depth.
Is the finish matte or glossy?
Our posters have a professional matte finish to reduce glare and provide a modern, elegant look.
Are frames included?
Unless clearly stated on the product page, frames are not included.
Will the colors match exactly what I see on screen?
We carefully calibrate our prints, but slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my poster?
Non personalized posters may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Can I return a personalized poster?
Because personalized designs are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage. We will replace it free of charge.
What if I received the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
